First of all, know who pays the H-1B visa fee to the US government. According to the US law, the company that sponsors all types of fees related to H-1B visa has to be filled. The company cannot charge this fee from a worker. Only in cases like premium processing, sometimes some fees have to be paid to the worker. The company has to bear the cost of visa so that the foreign worker does not have to bear the financial burden to work in America.
Now the question arises that the new fee of H-1B visa has become 88 lakh rupees, so will the companies still bear the entire expenses? The answer is, yes. Companies will have to pay all this fee. This fee cannot be charged from the worker. The Trump government has made it clear that the new fee will be applicable only for the new H-1B visa. This means that if a company wants to hire a H-1B visa worker, then it will have to spend 88 lakh rupees separately.
You can work without H-1B visa for 3 years
