If you stay in air conditioner all day, try to keep your skin and body hydrated. For this, drink as much water as possible throughout the day and eat fruits and vegetables which have high water content.

Use of moisturizer- If your skin is already dry or it feels dry due to staying in an AC room, then take the help of a moisturizer. You can apply moisturizer containing butter cream or glycerin.

Wear cotton and loose clothes- AIIMS doctor Reema Dada says to wear cotton clothes to avoid heat. He told that you can cool the body naturally by doing pranayam like Sheetkari and Shitali daily. The body can be kept cool in extreme heat by doing yoga and pranayam. Experts say that you should take special care of your diet.

Aloe vera will be useful- If you want, you can use aloe vera to moisturize the skin naturally. It also reduces itching and burning sensation in the skin because antibacterial elements are present in it.

Keeping a glass of water in the room- Nowadays many videos are going viral in which it is advised to keep a glass full of water in the room with air conditioner. It is said that this water protects the skin from moisture loss.
