Kolkata: Two mainboard IPOs Seshaasai Technologies IPO (Payments solutions provider) and Solarworld Energy Solutions IPO (Solar energy solutions provider) have been able to mobilise significant amounts from anchor investors as communicated to the stock exchanges.
Solarworld Energy Solutions raised Rs 220.5 crore from anchor investors ahead of its IPO. The list of investors included Pinebridge Global Funds, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MF), Singularity Equity Fund I, VQ Fastercap Fund II, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius and BNP Paribas Financial Markets. Payments solutions provider Seshaasai Technologies mopped up Rs 243 crore from anchor investors and these participating firms included Nippon India Mutual Fund (MF), ICICI Prudential MF, UTI MF, Motilal Oswal MF, Sundaram MF and Tata AIG General Insurance Company.
