When is Karva Chauth, she is going to fast for the first time?

Saptrangi Chauth’s Thal: To keep lamps, turmeric, vermilion, flowers, sugar candy and betel nut.
Water and milk: To put in Karva and maintain purity during fast.
Flowers and jaggery: To offer to Goddess and God.
Sweet and fruits: To accept the fast opening (after Sandhya Aarti).
Deepak and incense sticks: To make the atmosphere sacred at the time of worship.
Dried dry fruits and rice: To offer God and Gods and Goddesses by putting it in Karva.
Easy method of fasting Karva Chauth
Morning start: Fasting women should take a bath before sunrise and wear clean clothes.
Morning fasting: On the day of fasting, renounce food or water from morning (only water is sacrificed in some places).
Sandhya Puja: Prepare decoration and karva before the moon comes out in the evening. Keep all the ingredients in Pooja Thal.
Worship of Goddess: Worship Goddess Parvati by applying turmeric, vermilion, flowers and lamps in the plate. Add water and rice to Karva.
Listening to the story: Listen or read the fast story, in which the husband’s long life and happiness and prosperity are wished.
Moon view time: As soon as the moon is seen, after seeing it, perform the full moon aarti of Karva Chauth and open the fast by drinking water from the husband’s hand.
