Who is Swati Gupta?
Swati Gupta, who hails from Meerut, is a 2017 batch PCS officer and is currently posted in Panchayati Raj Department. His father was a teacher. He cleared UPSC Mains in 2017, but could not be selected in the interview. After this, in 2018, he passed the UP-PCS exam and became an officer. Their responsibility is to monitor the Panchayat budget and construction works.
