Causes of restless leg syndrome

1- Iron deficiency- The most common cause of RLS is the deficiency of iron in the body. Dopamin levels in the brain are affected due to iron deficiency, causing neurological activities to go wrong.

2- Diabetes or kidney associated- RLS can also occur even if there is damage to the veins due to diabetes or injury. It is called peripheral neuropathy, which brings irritation, tingling and discomfort in the legs.

3 -Parkinson Disease – This is a central nervous system disease, which often affects patient physical activities. In this disease, most of the body continues to vibrate.

4 -Group (especially in the last months) – This is due to hormonal changes and deficiency of iron or folic acid.

5 -Nind deficiency or irregular routine -Lack of sleep or waking up repeatedly in sleep can trigger RLS. It is common to have RLS with sleep disease such as sleep apnea.

6 -GENETIC CAT (whose family has had this problem) as well as side effects of some medicines such as antidepressants, anti -nazia medicines also causes RLS trigger.

Why is it necessary to pay attention to this?

If the problem of RLS is ignored, then it can cause chronic insomnia i.e. long sleep. Due to lack of frequent sleep, the body and brain have a bad effect. This can cause problems like tiredness, lack of attention, irritability and depression.

What is the remedies for treatment and relief?

– If there is a shortage of iron, then get supplements done by checking the doctor

– Distance from caffeine, alcohol and smoking

– Light stretching or legs massage before sleeping

– Keep sleep time and pattern regular
