Mahindra Sales Breakup July 2026 – Scorpio, Thar, XUV3XO, Bolero, XUV7XO, XEV 9S

Scorpio remained Mahindra’s best-selling SUV in July 2026, while Thar and XUV 3XO completed the top three as overall SUV sales stayed above the 60,000-unit mark

Mahindra recorded domestic SUV sales of 60,048 units in July 2026, registering a healthy 20.41% year-on-year (YoY) growth over 49,871 units sold in July 2025. Compared to June 2026, however, sales were marginally lower by 0.57%, down from 60,393 units.

Scorpio and Scorpio N remained Mahindra’s highest-selling models with 16,009 units sold in July 2026. Sales improved by 16.45% YoY, up from 13,747 units in July last year. On a monthly basis, Scorpio posted one of the strongest performances in the lineup with a 13.56% MoM growth, adding 1,912 units over June’s tally of 14,097 units. Scorpio alone contributed 26.66% of Mahindra’s total domestic sales. With the ,Mahindra can continue to see good sales in coming months from the Scorpio range.

Thar and Thar Roxx together secured second position with 10,558 units. Sales increased by 7.24% YoY, although volumes dipped marginally by 1.04% MoM. The lifestyle SUV range accounted for 17.58% of Mahindra’s overall sales. The  is expected to be launched soon. XUV 3XO and XUV 3XO EV together retailed 9,429 units, registering a strong 30.27% YoY growth. Compared to June, however, sales were lower by 6.30%. The compact SUV range contributed 15.70% to Mahindra’s July sales.

Bolero continued to deliver consistent volumes with 9,336 units, recording a 24.26% YoY increase and a modest 2.42% MoM growth. The long-running utility vehicle family contributed 15.55% of Mahindra’s domestic sales. XUV 7XO followed with 8,233 units, improving 16.71% YoY over last year. However, compared to June, sales declined by 10.94%, making it one of the larger monthly drops within Mahindra’s portfolio.

Electric Origin SUVs Continue Expansion

Among Mahindra’s born-electric lineup, XEV 9S emerged as the best-selling model with 4,131 units. Since the SUV was launched after July last year, there is no direct YoY comparison. It also registered a 2.81% MoM improvement over June. XEV 9e retailed 1,793 units, witnessing a 27.17% YoY decline and a 10.62% MoM drop.

BE 6 recorded 541 units during the month. Sales were down 65.01% YoY and 52.96% MoM, reflecting a significant decline from earlier months. Meanwhile, XUV400 continued to contribute only small numbers with 18 units sold, while Marazzo remained absent from the sales chart.

Sales Mix

Scorpio maintained a commanding lead with over one-fourth of Mahindra’s domestic sales. Thar, XUV 3XO, Bolero and XUV 7XO together accounted for another 62.5%, meaning these five nameplates contributed nearly 89% of Mahindra’s total July sales. While overall volumes remained largely stable compared to June, the mix shifted slightly in favour of Scorpio.

The company’s Electric Origin portfolio also continued to expand, with XEV 9S becoming its highest-selling electric SUV. Next major launch from Mahindra is  ,which could provide another boost to the company’s sales momentum.
