Kia has appointed Mr. Atul Sood as the Senior Vice President of sales & marketing for Kia India. He will succeed Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar at this position who has shifted to BMW India as President.
Mr. Atul Sood brings with himself three decades of experience in the industry. He earlier served at Toyota Mobility Solutions and Services India as President and Director. He also had roles in Toyota Kirloskar Motors and Toyota Motor Asia Pacific. He did his bachelors engineering in mechanical engineering and he studied marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD in Pune.

Kia has quickly become of the biggest brands in India. They are still a young company in the grand scheme of things and only entered the market in 2019. Being a part of the Hyundai definitely helped but their products have resonated with the Indian audience quite well and they have been able to pitch themselves as a more upmarket and premium brand.
