A 39-year-old man from Delhi has embarrassed the sacred relationship of the mother and son. First he pressurized his father to divorce and then raped her.
This incident is from Hauz Kazi area of Central Delhi. Delhi Police arrested her for raping a 65 -year -old woman. The accused, who belonged to the Muslim family, informed the police that his mother had an illicit relationship with another man many years ago. The incident occurred when the family returned from Hajayatra from Saudi Arabia. The victim along with her 25 -year -old daughter reached Hauz Kazi police station and lodged a complaint against the son.
The accused wanted to divorce his parents
According to the complaint, the victim lives in Hauz Kazi area with her retired government employee husband, accused son and a daughter. The family also has an elder daughter who is married and lives in her in -laws. On July 17, the elderly woman went to Saudi Arabia with her husband and younger daughter. During the visit, the accused called his father and asked him to return to Delhi immediately. The accused asked his father to divorce his wife as he saw his mother having a relationship with other people in childhood.

When the family returned to Delhi on August 1, the accused forced his mother to raped her. According to the complaint, he took off his mother’s burqa, locked her in a room and beaten. Then he said that he had spoiled her in childhood. The scared woman left home and went to her elder daughter. She returned on August 11, but the son kept harassing her.
The complaint states that at 9:30 pm, the accused told the family that he wanted to talk to his mother. He locked his mother in a room and then said that he was punishing her for her old relationships. On August 14, around 3:30 pm, the accused again raped his mother.
Younger daughter dared to go to the police station
The next day the victim told this to her younger daughter, who asked her to go to the police. After this, mother-daughter reached Kazi police station and lodged a written complaint. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case under Section 64 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code. The accused has been arrested and the investigation of the case is going on.
