This diet can also cause damage to people struggling with thyroid, kidney or hormonal imbalance.
It is also not suitable for children between the ages of 10 to 15 years, who are in the state of physical and mental development right now. People who do excessive workouts or people with weak immunity may feel weakness. Also, this diet can spoil mental health for people suffering from eating mental problems like eating disorder. Therefore, it is necessary to consult a doctor or nutritionist before adopting any diet.
