New Delhi: Rahul Gandhi has attacked PM Narendra Modi after US President Donald Trump imposed a fee of $ 100,000 on the H1B visa. Rahul Gandhi mentioned his 2017 post, in which he questioned the PM as to why he did not raise the issue of H1B visa with Donald Trump, who was at the time as President in his first term. Rahul posted, “I say again, the Prime Minister of India is weak.”
Congress MP Manish Tiwari said-
America is deliberately adopting an aggressive attitude with India. The US is tightening the screws on India in a systematic manner. What happened in relation to H-1B visa is no coincidence. If you look at it in terms of this, the US declaration of premature ceasefire on the abetment of Pakistan, followed by the welcome to the Pakistani army chief in the White House, then 50% tariffs imposed by the US and even Saudi-Pakistani defense partnership would not have happened without the US silent support and blessings. In a very systematic way, for such reasons which are beyond comprehension, the US is deliberately becoming aggressive towards India and is not a good sign for Indo-US relations.
