The police have arrested the main accused Jugal Kishore Sharma in this case. Investigation has revealed that the accused Jugal Kishore lured people to make more profits on investment in Dholera, Gujarat and recovered crores of rupees from hundreds of people. The trap of cheating was so big that about 150 cases have been registered from all over the country, of which most cases have been reported from Rajasthan.

According to EOW Deputy Commissioner Amrita Guguloth, 98 people, including Neha Kumari of Karawal Nagar, had filed a complaint against Nexa Evergreen Private Limited and her officials. The complaint said that Jugal Kishore and his partner Vinod Kumar described themselves as the director of the company and assured the investors that their investment would get three percent interest every week and they would be given plots in Dholera. Not only this, to win the trust of the people, the company also distributed expensive gifts to investors. These included precious things like mobile phones, laptops and Royal Enfield motorcycles.

App suddenly closed app before closing the business
The company suddenly closed its app before closing the business and escaped from there. As the complaints increased, EOW started investigating the entire case. Investigation revealed that the Nexa Evergreen Group lured the high returns and recovered huge amount from the common people. The gang was active across the country by building headquarters in Ahmedabad.
Investigation also revealed that Jugal Kishore Sharma is originally from Shahdara. He is a priest by profession and also used to do property dealing. Jugal Kishore, who was only fifth, came in contact with the main accused Ranveer Bijarnia and started working for him.
