Swadeshi Movement India: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav inspired the state dwellers to use indigenous products by adopting indigenous products on the sacrifice day of Raja Shankar Shah and Kunwar Raghunath Shah in Jabalpur.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the immortal martyrs of the freedom struggle, Raja Shankar Shah and Kunwar Raghunath Shah struggled against the British, was the original “Swadeshi”. Our rule and law should be in the country, this feeling inspired the heroes to fight foreign forces. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav paid floral tributes to the two immortal martyrs at a program organized at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Convention Center in Jabalpur on 168th sacrifice day.
Never bowed in front of British, martyrs
Dr. Yadav said that the father-son duo raised his voice against the British through poetry and songs, maintaining the tradition of Rani Durgavati. The British could not tolerate his rebellion and blown up the cannon. He said that the British proposed to change religion and accept English power, but both of them bravely turned down. Their sacrifice inspires us to service and patriotism.

The land of Mahakaushal irrigated by sacrifice of heroes
The Chief Minister said that since ancient times Mahakaushal has been the land of Mahavaras, including the indomitable courage of great personalities like King Shankar Shah, Raghunath Shah and Rani Durgavati. This earth is irrigated by the blood of heroes and their sacrifice is a source of inspiration for generations to come.
Inspired the people of the state to adopt indigenous
The Chief Minister, while motivating the people of the state to adopt indigenous, said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Modi, there is a campaign to adopt Swadeshi in the country. He told the people present, “Proudly say that we will adopt indigenous” and called for adopting indigenous goods of daily use.
Mothers and sisters should be investigated in a healthy female-power family campaign
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while mentioning the birthday program of Prime Minister Shri Modi in the tribal zone Dhar, said that he is the highest priority of health of mothers, sisters and daughters in the state. He urged everyone to participate in health camps organized under healthy female-power family campaign.
Chief Minister observed indigenous exhibition
Dr. Yadav visited the exhibition of indigenous products installed at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Cultural and Information Center. He inspected the products made by self-help groups and motivated the common man to use indigenous goods. The Chief Minister gave a message to give more comprehensive form and increase the direction of self -reliance.
