Which 3 rules does Sachin want to change? (PC-PTI)
Sachin Tendulkar on IPL rules: Small ground, flat pitch, amazing bats and rain of sixes and fours. It seems as if being a bowler in IPL has become a crime. In every match, bowlers are beaten, sixes and fours are hit and the fans are happy. But Sachin Tendulkar is not happy seeing all this. He believes that there is a need for balance in IPL and to create this balance, this veteran has given 3 such rules which can really do this to a great extent. If BCCI implements these rules then the battle between bowlers and batsmen will be more interesting. Let us tell you which rules have been advocated by Sachin.
Remove impact rule- Sachin
Sachin Tendulkar was the first to talk about removing the impact rule. During the Cricinfo Awards, Sachin said, ‘My personal opinion is that the impact player rule should be removed. In T20 format you have to play only 20 overs. If we add another batsman to that lineup, it brings imbalance in the game.
Implement powerplay of bowlers- Sachin
Sachin Tendulkar advised the bowlers to implement powerplay in IPL. Sachin said that out of 6 overs of powerplay, 4 overs should be for the batsmen and the last 2 overs should be for the bowlers. Sachin said that in the powerplay of the bowlers, an extra fielder should be outside 30 yards. This will show balance between the ball and the bat.
Cricket continues to evolve, and few understand the game better than #SachinTendulkar

Rule of 5 overs for a bowler
Sachin Tendulkar gave a suggestion that a bowler should be allowed to bowl five overs. Only the best bowler of the team will bowl five overs, this will make the game more exciting. That bowler will be able to turn the match in the extra overs and this will make the match between the batsmen and bowlers more interesting. These three rules given by Sachin are very special, the question is whether BCCI will consider them?
Why are these changes necessary?
- It is important to follow these rules of Sachin Tendulkar because the pitches in IPL are flat. The boundaries of the ground are also small. Besides, the quality of the bats has also become much better now.
- The big thing is that by continuously scoring runs on the Pata pitch, the batting technique of the batsmen also deteriorates. They start disintegrating on difficult pitches.
- Bowlers lose confidence by hitting sixes and fours in consecutive matches. Also, children who are dreaming of becoming cricketers will be more inspired to become batsmen than bowlers.
