At the same time, a girl was born in the house of Nand Baba and Yashoda in Gokul. After the birth of Krishna, Vasudev ji took the newborn Krishna to Gokul according to the divine order. He picked up Yashoda’s newborn daughter (named Ekshi or Yogamaya) and replaced Krishna. He then returned to Mathura jail with the girl.
