Premanand Ji Maharaj became Brahmachari at the age of 13

Who did Jagadguru Rambhadracharya get education?

He obtained the degree of Masters (Acharya) with expertise in Sanskrit grammar, yoga, philosophy, Veda and Upanishads under the guidance of Acharya Shri Badalv Ji. Later, he was influenced by the life of Maharishi Dayanand and studied Satyarth Prakash and Rigvedadibhashyabhumika etc. Maharishi Patanjali, the promoter of yoga, had a profound effect on his life and Swami Ramdev walked on the path of celibacy and penance. Ayurveda and Sanskrit also impressed Swami Ramdev. Over time, he started teaching yoga in Gurukuls, Ashtadhyayi of Panini and Mahabhashya of Patanjali. After this, he went out on a journey to Gangotri’s caves and gave up his mind in spirituality away from the world’s crowd.
Later yoga guru Ramdev took the education of yoga from Swami Shankar Dev. Yogacharya Shankar Dev initially gave yoga a new identity. In the year 1992, Yogacharya Shankar Dev started the Divya Yoga Trust with Baba Ramdev, Balakrishna and two other companions. On January 5, 1995, its name was changed to Divya Yoga Temple. Today, Swami Ramdev is spreading awareness among people around the world of Patanjali’s yoga and Ayurveda.
Sri Ravi Shankar, a disciple of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is known not only in India, but as spiritual and humanist gurus all over the world. They are running a worldwide movement for the establishment of violence and stress -free society. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar was born on 13 May 1956 in Tamil Nadu. His father Venkatratnam was a linguist and the mother’s name is Vishalakshi. Taking inspiration from Adi Shankaracharya, the father named Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. It is said that at the age of only four, Sri Sri used to lecture Bhagwat Gita in Sanskrit. Along with being spiritual knowledge, he studied Vedic literature and physics. In the 1970s, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar learned Bhavatit meditation from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and became his disciple. He gained knowledge from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the Guru disciple tradition and then in the year 1981, established the Art of Living Foundation and started spreading it worldwide.
