All India Football Federation (AIFF) and Brazilian Football Federation (CBF) have announced this historic match on Thursday, July 30. CBF gave this information in a social media post while announcing its schedule for FIFA’s international window in September-October. The Brazilian Federation told that their team is going to step on Indian soil for the first time, where it has the highest number of international fans.

According to the schedule of the Brazilian team, the 5-time world champion team will first go to Australia where it will play two friendly matches on 25th and 29th September. After this the team will fly to India from there and reach Kolkata. There will also be a friendly match between India and Brazil at the historic Salt Lake Stadium on October 3. This will be the first time that a senior men’s football match will be played between India and Brazil.
