ICC sent a letter to PCB, said- many times violated rules
The ICC believes that Pakistan has violated several tournament rules. Pakistan had demanded the removal of the match referee Andy Pikeroft. It was rejected by the ICC. In protest, Pakistan said not to play matches against UAE. The ICC has sent an email to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) before the match held on Wednesday. It cited “many violations” of “misconduct” and players and match officials’ area (PMOA) protocol.
According to the report of the news agency PTI, ICC CEO Sanjog Gupta has written a letter to the PCB saying that the PMOA is guilty of repeated violations on the day of the board match. PCB has received this email.
Explain that despite many warnings, Pakistan violated the rules by allowing media manager Naeem Gilani to film the meeting between Picroft, their head coach Mike Hessen and Captain Salman Ali Aga before the toss. The ICC had made it clear that media managers have been stopped from participating in such meetings.

Violation of the field of players and match officials
The ICC agreed with the PCB that to help the toss -related matters (hand joke disputes) on 15 September, Andy Picroft would meet the team captain and manager before the toss of Wednesday’s match. Its purpose was to remove any unfortunate misunderstanding or wrong communication that arises during the toss. The PCB brought his media manager to the meeting and insisted that he should be present during the conversation. “
