States are getting technical help

According to the official press release, “Necessary technical assistance is provided through the Central Project Management Unit (CPMU) in the form of capacity-building initiatives to all participating State/UT Legislatures, including Andhra Pradesh.”

NeVA made work easier, cost saved

According to the mid-term evaluation of the NeVA project, NeVA has improved the efficiency of legislative functioning through digitization of legislative processes, reduced reliance on paper-based processes, faster processing and dissemination of legislative actions, and improved accessibility of legislative information.

This has also resulted in savings in printing, maintenance and storage of documents. Accordingly, the NeVA Project has been implemented in consultation with the respective State Legislatures, subject to their preparation. (ANI)
