To bring about radical changes in the National Testing Agency (NTA) and secure the future of crores of students, a ‘Super Task Force’ has been formed, whose power has created panic in the network of examination mafias. This team, led by Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani, has the experience of building the country’s most secure digital and strategic maze. According to sources, the meticulousness and thoughtfulness shown in the selection of members of this task force makes it clear that the government is no longer in a mood to show laxity at any level. This team is going to create such an impenetrable fort on the four biggest fronts – technology, security, logistics and administration – which will be impossible to penetrate. Nandan Nilekani: Impenetrable Digital Mazes and Data Security
Nandan Nilekani, head of the task force, is considered the father of India’s digital revolution. His experience in setting up transparent and huge digital systems like Aadhaar and UPI is the biggest backbone of this task force.
Hack-Proof Platform: Nilekani is working on a plan to create an end-to-end encrypted digital platform for examinations, which will be impossible to hack or intercept.
- AI Biometric Verification: To eliminate fake candidates and solver gangs, a biometric verification system based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be implemented, so that any kind of fraud in the examination hall will be detected immediately.

- Security of computer based examinations is considered to be the most important part of this task force.
V. Kamakoti: Protecting servers from cyber attacks
- Director of IIT Madras V. Kamakoti is handling the responsibility of making the Computer-Based Test (CBT) completely secure. Their plan to stop modern frauds like local hacking and screen-sharing is very solid.
- Dynamic Randomization: With Kamakoti’s expertise, now the order of questions appearing on the computer screen will be completely different and random for every student, due to which even the local staff sitting at the examination centers will not be able to do anything.
- Secure Server Infrastructure: They are creating a state-of-the-art security layer to protect the main examination servers from cyber attacks and DDoS attacks.
S. Somnath: ‘Zero-error’ methodology like ISRO
Former ISRO chairman S. Somnath is bringing a methodology to this team where the margin of error is zero percent. Just as every second counts in a rocket launching, the examination system will now get similar security.
- Multi-Level Checking: From preparation of question paper to declaration of final result, each and every step will be subjected to technical and human scrutiny at multiple levels.
- Zero-Defect Standard: Strict safety standards of space science will be incorporated in the test procedures, so that any kind of technical failure or human negligence can be nipped in the bud.

Tapan Deka: Exam mafia’s trap will be broken even before the leak
Former Intelligence Bureau (IB) director Tapan Deka is the intelligence weapon of this task force, who will foil his conspiracy even before the paper gets leaked.
- Real-Time Cyber Monitoring: A special intelligence network will work to track the suspicious activities of exam mafia and leaking gangs on the dark web and social media.
- Stringent Security Audit: Surprise inspections and security audits of sensitive examination centers across the country will be conducted so that any loopholes can be closed well in advance.
Amrit Lal Meena & Anita Karwal: Fool-Proof Logistics and Administrative Justice
The biggest challenge has been for the question papers to reach the examination hall safely and be evaluated without any controversy. This front is being handled by two stalwarts of the country.
- Amrit Lal Meena (Logistics Expert): Digitally locked containers and GPS tracking will be used for storage and transportation of question papers. These containers will be open only at the fixed time and at the fixed location of the examination centre, which will eliminate the possibility of the paper going missing on the way or its photo being clicked.
- Anita Karwal (Former Education Secretary): Anita Karwal, who has been the chairperson of CBSE, will make the evaluation process completely transparent. She will ensure quick and fair justice to the students by creating a grace marks policy, speedy disposal of student objections related to answer keys and a strict Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the centres.
Thus, this mega-task force is all set to bring a new dawn in the examination system of the country, after which every student will be able to get the full fruits of their hard work without any fear.

Will paper leaks end completely now?

It will be equally important to effectively implement its recommendations, create coordination between states and examination agencies and ensure accountability. If technological improvements, strengthened security, transparent administration and timely monitoring are implemented together, India’s examination system can become much more secure and reliable than before.
