Sikandar Raza: The T20 series between India and Zimbabwe has reached its conclusion. India defeated Zimbabwe in this series. He made a clean sweep in the 3 T20 series. The hero of this clean sweep of Team India was 15-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who won the first Player of the Match and Player of the Series awards in his international career, both in the same series. But, amidst all this, the honor given to Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza for his historic success also caught everyone’s attention.

After the T20 series against India, Sikandar Raza was honored for that achievement. The special thing was that Sikandar Raza was honored by his father for becoming the player who played the most international matches for Zimbabwe.

After playing 3 T20 series against India, Sikandar Raza has played 317 international matches, which includes 22 Tests, 156 ODIs and 139 T20Is. He has broken Hamilton Masakazada’s record of 313 matches in terms of playing most international matches for Zimbabwe. Sikandar Raza made his debut for Zimbabwe in the year 2013. His first international match was also against Zimbabwe and he also became the player who played the most international matches for Zimbabwe in the series against Bangladesh.
