Team India’s performance has not been good in the last few days. Many players including the captain and coach of Team India, which has lost two consecutive T20 and one ODI series, are under question. Most of the criticism is regarding someone’s batting or bowling but the condition of the team’s fielding is the worst. Easy catches and run outs are also being missed. Wicketkeeper Ishan Kishan became a living example of this in the T20 series against Zimbabwe.

Ishan Kishan is not getting the job done easily

Ishan Kishan made this mistake in the third match of the India-Zimbabwe series in Harare. Zimbabwe’s batsmen were trying their best to achieve the target of 193 runs given by Team India. In the 7th over of the innings, Ben Curran played a high shot on the ball of Ashok Sharma. But the ball rose in the air above the wicketkeeper’s head. This was an easy catch for Ishan Kishan but despite having gloves on his hands, he dropped this straight catch.

This mistake of Ishan Kishan surprised him and the question arises that where is his attention? This question is arising because just 24 hours ago the second match of the series was played between the two teams. In that match, when Team India’s victory seemed certain, Ishan Kishan showed some style and tried to run out, while both the batsmen were almost on the same crease. Ishaan had a chance to take the wicket with complete composure. But he lost this opportunity.

The rest of the players are not far behind

Well, not only Ishan Kishan, but other players also took catches in the third match. Just before Ishaan, in the fifth over, fast bowler Mayank Yadav dropped an easy catch. After some time, the team’s vice-captain Tilak Verma also disappointed with his fielding and dropped a catch. In the second T20 also, Tilak Verma and Abhishek Sharma dropped one catch each.
