According to the affidavit, he owns agricultural land worth Rs 12 lakh and non-agricultural land worth Rs 20.50 lakh in Odisha. Apart from this, as per the assessment of the year 2024, there are residential properties worth about Rs 1.98 crore in the name of Dharmendra Pradhan and his wife. These include a flat in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and a house in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

A 2011 model Honda City car is registered in the name of Dharmendra Pradhan. Many commercial vehicles are registered in his wife’s name. If we talk about gold and silver, Dharmendra Pradhan has 200 grams of gold and 2.5 kg of silver. His wife has 500 grams of gold and 10 kilograms of silver. According to the affidavit of the year 2024, Dharmendra Pradhan has a total loan of Rs 31.38 lakh from Punjab National Bank (PNB) and IDBI Bank.
