Amaal Mallik Accuses Saiyaara Composer Tanishk Bagchi Of ‘Abusing’ A Girl After Promising Marriage: She Is Deeply Disturbed

The public feud between music composers Amaal Mallik and Tanishk Bagchi has intensified, with the dispute now extending far beyond allegations of plagiarism and royalty disagreements. After accusing Tanishk of taking credit for songs in Saiyaara and privately speaking against prominent figures in the music industry, Amaal has now made fresh allegations of personal misconduct against the composer. The latest exchange began after Tanishk responded to Amaal’s earlier criticism with a brief Instagram Story expressing concern for his well-being. Amaal, however, rejected the message and posted multiple lengthy statements on X, levelling a new series of serious accusations.

New posts from Amaal’s side started after Tanishk Bagchi shared an Instagram Story writing, “Brother, I know what you are going through, and I have a lot of respect for you as an Artist.” He added, “Get well soon.” In return, Amaal Mallik took to X with two strongly worded posts. Responding to Tanishk’s message, Amaal accused the composer of attempting to divert attention from more serious issues and alleged that he had mistreated a woman after promising to marry her.

Amaal, in a chocking move, claimed that the woman, whom he identified as someone from the music industry, was now emotionally distressed. In one of his posts, he wrote, “There is a girl in the A&R department whom you promised marriage, abused and then abandoned before marrying someone else. That girl is deeply disturbed.” He threatened that this news will travel fast.

Tanishk Bagchi has not issued any response to the new allegations.

Amaal also challenged Tanishk to pursue the matter legally if he believed his allegations were false. He stated that he was prepared to defend his claims in court and insisted he was not afraid because he believed he had done nothing wrong.

The posts also included several personal remarks directed at Tanishk, escalating the already bitter public dispute between the two musicians. He argued that he was currently receiving immense love from audiences and accused Tanishk of trying to stay relevant by using his name. Amaal further claimed that Tanishk had repeatedly copied songs, relied on artificial intelligence in music production and misrepresented his work as original.

The latest exchange comes after  of plagiarism, orchestrating paid online campaigns against him and allegedly taking credit for songs created by Faheem Abdullah and Arsalan Nizami for Saiyaara. He had also defended Yash Raj Films during the recent royalty dispute and alleged that Tanishk privately criticised industry figures, including Bhushan Kumar and executives at YRF, despite continuing to work with them.

As of now, Tanishk Bagchi has not publicly responded to Amaal Mallik’s latest allegations regarding his personal life or the additional claims made in the new posts. The allegations remain unverified, and there has been no official confirmation supporting Amaal’s assertions.
