There was a heated argument between Shilpa Shinde and Shivangi Joshi in Lock Up. Shivangi accused Shilpa of spreading rumors and ‘slut shaming’.
Lock Up Latest Update: Actress Shilpa Shinde, who entered Netflix’s reality show Lock Up as a wildcard contestant in the second week, heated up the atmosphere as soon as she entered the house. Since his debut in the show, he has been at loggerheads with TV actress Shivangi Joshi. Initially Shivangi avoided replying to Shilpa’s words, but in the latest episode there was a heated argument between the two. During this, Shivangi accused Shilpa of ‘slut shaming’ her and spreading rumors about her personal life.
Debate started after Apoorva Mukhija’s entry
This week Apoorva Mukhija entered the show as a wildcard contestant. She told Shivangi that Shilpa has allegedly ‘slut shamed’ her and also said that Shivangi has had affairs with almost all her co-stars. Later Apoorva asked Shilpa why she doesn’t like Shivangi. To this Shilpa replied that Shivangi was the first to fight with her.
Shilpa accused Shivangi of hypocrisy
Shilpa Shinde further said that Shivangi shows her real personality during debates and called her a hypocrite. On this, Shivangi replied to Shilpa and said that she is spreading rumors about her behind her back. He said, “You are spreading rumors about me from outside. It seems you know more about me than I do. What problem do you have with me? Why are you so obsessed with me?” After this, Shivangi, while referring to Shilpa’s old show, said that perhaps she has a problem with her name. He also praised actress Shubhangi Atre and called her a wonderful actress of ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain’.
Shilpa said- I said what I heard outside
- In her defence, Shilpa Shinde said that whatever she said, she had heard on social media. She said, “I am speaking only what is outside. Whoever wants to take it, he can take it as he wants.”
- Shivangi became very angry after listening to Shilpa Shinde. He said, “Should we also talk about your personal life? How come you know me better than me?” After this the debate became more intense.
- Apoorva Mukhija also claimed that Shilpa had also commented about Shivangi’s virginity. When Shilpa refused to comment on this, Shivangi said, “I am the same person about whom you are talking. This shows your character. You should learn the etiquette of talking to people.” Shivangi Joshi also alleged that Shilpa Shinde talks wrong about other women and that is why she is not getting work.
Shilpa Shinde had earlier also made allegations of affair
Earlier, during a conversation with contestant Shreya Kalra, Shilpa Shinde had claimed that Shivangi Joshi has had many affairs. He had also said that his name was linked with all the co-stars with whom Shivangi worked. Shilpa had also mentioned the relationship between Shivangi and actor Kushal Tandon and commented on the age difference between the two.
Farah Khan and Ritesh Deshmukh also warned
In the ‘Judgment Day’ episode, the show’s hosts Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh also warned Shilpa Shinde. He said that it is against the rules to spread outside rumors or bring outside information about any contestant inside the show.
