The Eighth Central Pay Commission has announced that it will visit Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on June 22 and 23, 2026, to interact with stakeholders including central government organizations, institutions, unions and associations. According to an official notice issued on May 21, 2026, interested stakeholders who wish to meet the 8th Pay Commission during its Lucknow visit can submit requests for meeting through the prescribed online link given on the official website of the 8th CPC on or before June 10, 2026. The Commission has also asked the applicants to submit the ‘Unique Memo ID’ received after submitting their memorandum on the official website of the 8th Central Pay Commission.

Who can apply?

The notice said that central government organizations, institutions, unions and associations based in Uttar Pradesh, who are interested in interacting with the Commission during this visit, can apply for a meeting. The 8th CPC said in its statement that the details of the meeting venue and the final schedule of the meetings will be shared with the selected stakeholders later.

The Commission clarified that separate meetings will be held in other states and union territories in a later phase. Additionally, stakeholders from states and union territories other than Uttar Pradesh have been advised not to request meetings during the visit to Lucknow.

Schedule of 8th CPC meetings for June 2026

The Eighth Central Pay Commission will visit Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir from June 1 to June 4, 2026, to interact with stakeholders. The Eighth Central Pay Commission will visit the Union Territory of Ladakh on June 8, 2026, to interact with stakeholders.
