According to the IMD report, the heatwave is going to be most severe in Uttar Pradesh. There is a possibility of severe heat wave in Prayagraj, Banda, Kanpur, Lucknow, Meerut and Agra. In many cities the night temperature will also be higher than normal, due to which the nights will also be hot. Prayagraj and Banda will be between 47°C, Kanpur 46°C, Lucknow 45°C, Meerut and Agra 43-45°C. This temperature can have a big impact on the life of common people. The effect of strong sunlight and humid heat will also be seen in the plains of Bihar. Hot winds may blow throughout the day. According to experts, cases of dehydration and heat stroke may increase due to continuously increasing temperatures. People have been advised to use ORS, water and light clothes.
