According to the data, the largest group among those who quit tobacco was in the age group of 18 to 24 years, which includes 91,933 youth. Talking about the states, Uttar Pradesh had the maximum number of registrations at 2.09 lakh, while Rajasthan was included among the other major states with 1.49 lakh registrations.
