Questions matched with real paper

The most important thing that came to light in the CBI investigation was that the questions which were suspected to be leaked were matched with the actual NEET question paper. According to officials, during the investigation, many questions were found which were asked in the examination. After this revelation, the agencies suspect that the paper was accessed from within the examination system itself. This is the reason that now the investigation is not limited to leaks only, but the role of the people associated with the conduct of the examination is also being investigated.

11 accused arrested so far

After the arrest of Manisha Havaldar, the number of accused arrested in this case has increased to 11. CBI has so far arrested the accused from many cities including Delhi, Jaipur, Gurugram, Nashik, Pune, Latur and Ahilyanagar. The investigating agencies believe that this network was spread across several states and technical and personal contacts were used to deliver the question papers before the examination.

Big question on the future of students

Incidents of paper leaks in national level examinations like NEET are continuously raising questions on the credibility of the education system. Every year lakhs of students prepare for this exam with the dream of becoming a doctor. In such a situation, the news of paper leak creates insecurity and disappointment in the minds of hard-working students. Education experts say that mere arrests will not be enough. It is necessary to further strengthen transparency and digital security in the examination process, so that such incidents can be prevented in future.

The scope of investigation may increase further

CBI is currently investigating the entire network. The agency is trying to find out to whom the question paper reached, how many students benefited from it and who was running this entire racket. It is expected that more big names may come forward in this case in the coming days. At the same time, the eyes of students and parents are now fixed on the next action of the investigating agencies.
