Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand has announced the field of ‘cow devotee’ in all 243 seats in Bihar elections 2025. They themselves will campaign for the victory of these candidates.
The Sanatan Dharma and cow protection have once again come to the center of debate amid the political heat of Bihar assembly elections 2025. Astrology Peethadhishwar Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati made a historic announcement on Tuesday. He said that under his leadership, ‘cow devotees’ candidates will be fielded in all 243 assembly seats of Bihar.
Impact of cow voter resolution journey
This announcement was made in the order of ‘Gau Voter Sankalp Yatra’ in a large gathering of cow guards and eternal devotees in Laxmi Narayan Thakurbari of Farbisganj. Shankaracharya clearly said that the conservation of cow is the real defense of Sanatan Dharma and Indian society. He claimed that the current political parties pretend to look Sanatani only in costumes, but in reality there is no permanent concern for Gau Mata nor for Sanatan Dharma.
Campaign to make cow mother a nation
Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand said that he has met all the national parties and demanded to declare ‘Gau Mata as Rashtra Mata’ in Parliament, but no party has given clear support yet. In such a situation, for the sake of religion and cow protection, now his organizations will itself enter the electoral fray.
Shankaracharya will come out in election campaign
Shankaracharya has also announced that he himself will campaign in favor of all the candidates and calls Sanatani voters to choose cow devotees. He said that in Farbisganj, he also raised his hands from thousands of Sanatan Dharma lovers and administered the oath of voting to protect cow mother and Sanatan Dharma.
Governments rained on the issue of cow slaughter
Shankaracharya also targeted the policies of the state government on the ever -increasing animal slaughterhouses and cow slaughter in Bihar. He said, “Till date no government has made a concrete policy on the protection of the cow … Governments only do politics but the insult to Sanatan Dharma remains silent even after seeing the insult of Sanatan Dharma.”
The echo of Sanatan Dharma in the political tone
This initiative of Shankaracharya is being seen as a new front of Sanatan politics in Bihar’s electoral atmosphere. Will the cow devotee candidates find new equations, or it will be interesting to know whether its effect will be limited. At present, every political party is engaged in churning about this strategy.
