Many cricketers from Bihar are performing amazingly in IPL 2026. 15 year old Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Sunrisers Hyderabad wicketkeeper Ishan Kishan are the biggest proof of this. Together, these two batsmen have created a storm of sixes and fours. This is the reason why now an Indian billionaire businessman has made a big demand to launch a team from Bihar. Indian billionaire Anil Agarwal, chief of Vedanta Group, has proposed that there should be a franchise from Bihar also. Bihar is one of the most populous states in the country and on this basis alone it is entitled to participate in the IPL.

Why did Bihar not get its right in cricket?
