overdoing cardio
In summer, doing treadmill, running or high-intensity cardio for a long time can cause the body temperature to increase rapidly. Due to this, the heart has to work harder and the heart rate can increase abnormally. Continuous overworkout can also increase the risk of heart attack, especially in people who already have BP or heart-related problems.
drink less water
According to NCBI, there is more sweating in summer, due to which there is deficiency of water and electrolytes in the body. If not enough water is drunk during workout, dehydration may occur. This affects blood circulation and increases pressure on the heart.

exercising on an empty stomach
Many people go to the gym on an empty stomach to lose weight quickly. Doing heavy workouts without eating anything causes lack of energy in the body, which can cause dizziness, weakness and low blood pressure. This can also affect the efficiency of the heart.
skip warm up
Lifting heavy weights or starting vigorous exercise can be harmful for both the heart and muscles. Due to not warming up, the body suddenly comes under stress, due to which the heart beat can increase rapidly. Therefore, at least 10 minutes of warm-up is considered necessary before workout.
taking more supplements than necessary
Some people, in order to build their body quickly, start consuming excessive amounts of protein, pre-workout drinks or other supplements. Many supplements contain high amounts of caffeine and stimulants, which can increase heartbeat. Its effect can be more dangerous in summer.
