Nutritional food
PM Modi had told in an interview that he is not very fond of food, so he likes to eat plain food wherever he goes. Prime Minister Modi’s diet is very simple but full of nutrition. In the morning, he takes ginger tea. Apart from this, breakfast has boiled or roasted things, that is, PM takes very little oil in food. They like things like khichdi, upma, hard. Once he mentioned that he also includes the paratha of Moringa i.e. drumstick in his diet. Being a Gujarati, he also likes traditional dishes like Thepala, Dhokla.

Navratri fast for 5 decades
PM Modi has been observing Navratri fast for at least 5 decades i.e. more than 50 years. He himself mentioned this in an interview and told that it is more than discipline for him. He eats fruits only once during the fast. The most important thing is that in nine days, he does not take different fruits, but if papaya is eaten on the first day, then he eats papaya every day.
Distance from eating after 6 o’clock
PM Modi gets dinner early and avoids food after 6 pm. It has also been said in our Ayurveda that nothing should be eaten after the sun sets at night. This keeps the digestive system right and gives the right benefit of eating your entire body.
