Brock Lesnar
shocked the WWE Universe by removing his shoes and gloves in the ring after losing to Oba Femi at Wrestlemania 42. An emotional Lesnar hugged Paul Heyman in the ring before they went back to the backstage area. WWE confirmed his retirement by moving his to the alumni section on their website.
In the end, it turned out that Lesnar fooled the fans and he is still an active member of WWE. It remains to be seen whether Lesnar peforms at SummerSlam or whether he continues to be part of WWE till Wrestlemania 43.
The Undertaker

3 years after losing to Brock Lesnar atv the grand stage of Wrestlemania, The Undertaker lost his second match on the Show of the Shows. He suffered a defeat agagainst Roman Reigns in an underwhelming match.
After the match, The Undertaker hinted at retiring from WWE as he left his hat, gloves and trenchcoat in the ring. But the Deadman made his return a year later and defeated John Cena at Wrestlemania 34. He retired in 2020.
Triple H
Following his defeat against Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2012, Triple H teased a retirement. He stayed off TV for a month, making the WWE fans believe that he had retired. But Triple H returned before Wrestlemania 29. Triple H defeated Lesnar in the latter’s Wrestlemania return. Triple H was forced to retire in 2022.
