The performance of this film, which was released on May 15, was disappointing from the first day. This film could not touch the earning figure of Rs 1 crore even for a single day. The film’s net collection in India in three days was Rs 1.95 crore. It earned a gross of Rs 2.74 crore worldwide. The three-day collection of ‘Aakhri Sawal’ produced by Nikhil Nanda and Sanjay Dutt was as follows: –

- Second day (Saturday): 75 lakh rupees
- Third day (Sunday): 80 lakh rupees

Sanjay Dutt’s ‘Raja Shivaji’ is also doing well at the box office. Released on May 1, 2026, this film has collected a net collection of Rs 92.4 crore in India in 17 days. The film earned approximately Rs 3.45 crore on the 17th day i.e. third Sunday. In this film, Sanjay Dutt is seen in the role of main villain Afzal Khan. In this film directed by Ritesh Deshmukh, he himself is seen in the role of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. This is a Marathi film, which has also been released in Hindi. Made with a budget of Rs 75 crore, this film is fast moving towards becoming a blockbuster.

Sanjay Dutt is seen in the role of villain SP Choudhary Aslam in ‘Dhurandhar 2’ (Dhurandhar The Revenge) directed by Aditya Dhar. The lead hero of the film is Ranveer Singh. This film, released on 19 March 2026, is making waves even after 60. On the 60th day i.e. 9th Sunday, this film earned approximately Rs 84 lakh, which is compared to the Sunday collection of Sanjay Dutt’s new film ‘Aakhri Sawal’. After 60 days the net collection of this film has crossed Rs 1183.34 crore. Worldwide this film has collected more than Rs 1830 crore.
