Both have been identified as Mohammad Danish and Mohammad Fahad Mallik. One of the accused is a friend of the victim, whose identity has been kept secret. In this case, the police is also busy searching for the fourth accused, whose name is Shadab.
Both the male accused had reached Kharagpur in an attempt to escape. Police caught him from West Bengal itself.
Actually, on April 9, there was a birthday party in a flat of Gokul Vatika Apartment in Harmu, Ranchi. Where both the accused were present. The girl called her friend there saying that many more girls are attending the party, you should also come. Trusting her friend, the victim went to the flat to attend the party.
During the party, the accused mixed intoxicants in cake and pizza and fed him. The victim became unconscious after eating intoxicating cake and pizza. Taking advantage of this, Mohammad Danish raped her. When the student’s condition deteriorated in the morning and bleeding started, she was admitted to Orchid Hospital in Ranchi.
After reaching the hospital, the girl informed the administration about the matter. After receiving the information, Lalpur police registered a case. Police say that soon all the accused will be arrested.
