To prepare this Aam Panna Premix Powder, you need raw mangoes, roasted cumin powder, black salt, mint leaves, raw sugar, chaat masala and white salt as required. Now know how to make it.
How to make Aam Panna Powder?
- First of all, wash all the mangoes thoroughly with at least 2-3 drops of water.
- You cut it very thinly. For this you can use the potato chips machine.
- Now you have to mix white salt in these cut mangoes and dry them in the sun for at least 2 hours.
- Keep in mind to protect mangoes from direct sunlight. Put some fine cloth over it so that it remains covered.
- Along with mango, wash mint leaves also and dry them thoroughly after separating them from the stalk.

- Mangoes have to be dried until they become absolutely crunchy. For this, break a piece and check.
- Now you have to grind all the dried mangoes little by little in a mixer and make powder.
- Now add black salt, white salt as per requirement, ground sugar, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder.
- Grind the dried mint leaves in the mixer and add them to it and crush a few leaves and mix.
How to make Aam Panna
Store this premix powder in an airtight container. Whenever you want to make Aam Panna, pour cold water in a glass. Crush it and add some ice and then mix this powder as per requirement and dissolve it. Your aam panna will be ready.
