District-Level Coordination Committees have been formed in all the 13 districts of the capital. The main objective of these committees is to establish better coordination between various departments and effectively deal with the situation of waterlogging during rains.
The government believes that with better coordination between various agencies, incidents of waterlogging can be controlled quickly. Besides, there will be a significant reduction in the inconvenience faced by the citizens during rains.

District level coordination committees formed in 13 districts of Delhi
The works related to waterlogging will be regularly monitored in these committees formed in all the 13 districts of the capital. Their objective is to establish better coordination between the concerned departments so that immediate action can be ensured in any emergency. The committees will work closely with the local administration, municipal bodies and other concerned agencies.
