It is alleged that Dinesh Biwal had taken a flat there, where his son was living and doing coaching. Sources say that the alleged question papers were delivered to many students from this flat. The investigation has also revealed that Dinesh and Mangilal were allegedly playing the role of delivery chain, i.e. delivering the question paper and answer material to different candidates. Sikar is already counted among the largest medical and engineering coaching hubs in the country. Investigation has revealed that in April 2026, Shubham, a resident of Nashik, had contacted Yash Yadav. Meanwhile, Mangilal reportedly wanted to obtain NEET paper for his son. According to CBI, deals worth Rs 10 to 12 lakh started from here. It is alleged that the conversation took place through WhatsApp and documents, roll numbers and security checks of the candidates were also asked for. According to the CBI, the accused had assured the students and their families that they would be given 500-600 important questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology, a large number of which would match the actual exam. The PDF file was allegedly shared through Telegram on April 29. The investigating agency says that suspicious chat records have also been found along with question papers among the recovered digital documents.
