On his official social media account, Ahmed has reported the death of his younger brother Omar Shah. Which he described as the “Little Sign Star” of the family. Talking about this sad news, Ahmed wrote on Instagram, “Our Little Sign Star left us. Please remember my brother and family in your prayers.” He also shared pictures of his brother.

According to Dawn, television anchor Wasim Badami, who often hosted the Shah brothers on Shan-e-Ramzan, revealed that he was in a contact of doctors and confirmed that Omar died of heart attack on Monday morning.
This is the second major setback for the Shah family. In November 2023, Ahmed and Omar’s youngest sister Ayesha also died due to illness.
