Number 1- Amla-Celery decoction
To make this drink, take a fresh gooseberry and extract its juice. Add a teaspoon of crushed celery to it. After this, add a teaspoon of turmeric and a teaspoon of honey. Finally, add a cup of lukewarm water. By doing this, your amla-celery decoction will be ready. Dr. Hansaji recommends drinking this drink every morning on an empty stomach.

To make this healthy soup, take 1/4 part of red, yellow and green capsicum. Along with this, take half carrot, one tomato and 3-4 broccoli florets. Fry them with garlic in a little olive oil. Then blend and make a puree and boil again. By doing this, your broccoli-bell pepper soup will be ready.
