What is Hantavirus?
Hantavirus occurs in infected rats. This virus spreads through their feces or urine. It spreads to humans through air. There are no official cases of its transmission from one person to another, but human transmission of its Aedes strain can occur. This is the reason why this virus is considered dangerous. According to CDC, more cases of this virus were found in the western parts of America.
Now after the year 2023, its cases have come again. In such a situation, there is a possibility of this virus spreading in some countries, although the World Health Organization says that the possibility of human transmission of Hantavirus is less. In such a situation, there is little possibility of it posing any serious threat or proving to be as dangerous as Covid.
