Who is Suraj Nambiar?

Born in Bengaluru, Suraj Nambiar is a Dubai-based businessman and investment banker. He is a Malayali with his roots in Kerala. As per multiple reports, Suraj completed his schooling at Jain International Residential School, Bengaluru, and later completed his Civil Engineering degree from R.V. College of Engineering, Bengaluru. He then worked as an intern in Ashoka and worked there for a few months.

He then went on to work with Invicus as a Lead and with the Sherwood Institute as a Country Representative. He attended the Intensive Summer Program (Managerial Accounting and Microeconomics) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2013. In the same year, he also did an International Management course in Investment Science from Stanford University.
Suraj Nambiar’s business ventures
In 2015, Suraj moved to Dubai, joined JLL as an Assistant Analyst, and was later promoted to Director, Head of Capital Markets, UAE. In 2021, Suraj founded Alpharock Ventures, and he is currently its CEO.
