Celina Jaitly Files FIR Against Husband Peter Haag On Grounds Of Harassment, Mumbai Police Issues LOC

Bollywood actress  has filed an FIR against her husband, Austrian entrepreneur  ,accusing him of harassment, cruelty, criminal intimidation, and physical abuse. The complaint has led Mumbai Police to register a case under multiple provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. In a major development, authorities have also issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) against Haag due to alleged non-cooperation in the investigation.

According to police officials, the FIR has been registered under Sections 85, 115(2), 351(2), and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. These sections deal with allegations related to cruelty, physical harm, intimidation, and sustained harassment.

Sources revealed that the complaint filed by Celina Jaitly is also connected to proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The actress had reportedly approached legal authorities in November 2025, alleging that she had been subjected to continuous domestic violence by her husband.

Following the registration of the FIR, Mumbai Police issued a Look Out Circular against Peter Haag. Officials stated that the decision was taken because of his alleged failure to cooperate with the ongoing investigation. An LOC is typically issued to prevent an accused individual from leaving the country or avoiding questioning during a criminal probe. Police sources said authorities are currently recording statements and gathering evidence connected to the case. Investigators are also examining documents and communication records as part of the inquiry.

Celina Jaitly married Peter Haag in 2010 after stepping away from mainstream Bollywood films. The couple later became parents to twin boys in 2012. In 2017, Celina gave birth to another set of twins, but tragically lost one child due to a heart condition shortly after birth.

Celina recently claimed that she was being denied access to her three surviving children and alleged violations of joint custody agreements, manipulation of the children and attempts to take control of her premarital assets. Sharing a video from her son Shamsher’s grave crying, Celina said, “I had no option but to share this devastating video to show the world my trauma as a mother. I was in Austria for my divorce hearing …. Despite an undertaking before an Austrian judge, my children who were removed to an undisclosed location were not brought back to the marital residence. The only child I got to meet was my son Shamsher, who passed away some time back.”

Celina has accused Peter of domestic violence and has sought damages of Rs 50 crores and other sums in lieu of her loss of income and property.
