Dhar PM Mitra Park: The country’s first PM Mitra Park is becoming a major center of textile investment in Dhar district of MP. The possibility of more than ₹ 23,000 crore investment proposal and 3 lakh employment generation so far. Many big companies including Vardhman, Trident are investing.
Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the state has got a big success even before the foundation stone of the country’s first PM Mitra Park to be built in Bhainsola in Dhar district. So far, investment proposals of more than Rs 23,000 crore have been received from 114 leading textile companies in the country.
Of these, applications of 91 companies have been approved and they have been recommended to allocate more than 1,294 acres of land. These companies alone have received investment proposals of more than Rs 20,000 crore. This will create more than 72,000 employment. The employment figure is estimated to reach three lakhs when the project is fully developed. This will not only make a big change in the lives of millions of families.
PM Mitra Park: Major Investment Proposal
Many big companies have announced to invest in PM Mitra Park. Some of the major proposals are as follows:
- Vardhman Textiles Limited: Investment of ₹ 2000 crore on 190 acres of land
- Jain Cord Industries Private Limited: Investment of ₹ 2515 crore on 58 acres of land
- AB Cottage India Limited: Investment of ₹ 1300 crore on 45 acres of land
- Trident Limited Company: Investment of ₹ 4881 crore on 180 acres of land
- Aura Securities Pvt. Ltd.: Investment of ₹ 1204 crore on 105 acres of land
- Best Lifestyle Apparel Pvt. Ltd.: Investment of ₹ 981 crore on 75 acres of land
- NASA Fiber to Fashion Pvt. Ltd.: Investment of ₹ 472 crore on 30 acres of land
- Donier Synthetic Ltd.: Investment of ₹ 220 crore on 20 acres of land
- Mahalakshmi Processing House Pvt. Ltd.: Investment of ₹ 300 crore on 30 acres of land
- Commercial Sin Bags Limited: Investment of ₹ 134 crore on 8 acres of land
- Neoar Techtex Limited: Investment of ₹ 135 crore on 8 acres of land

These investments will develop the entire value chain of yarn, fabric and garment production in PM Mitra Park. This will make the textile industry of Madhya Pradesh globally competitive.
Fast process of land allocation
Out of the total 2158 acres of PM Mitra Park, allotment of about 1300 acres of land has been completed so far. The remaining land is also being provided in a phased manner. With the commencement of construction work of industries after Bhoomi Pujan, the benefit of investment will soon be visible on the ground.
New center of employment and development
PM Mitra Park of Dhar district is not just an industrial project, but it is going to become a major center of employment generation and economic development. Millions of people will get employment and the textile industry of Madhya Pradesh will get new dimensions.
