A case that embarrasses the relationship with Delhi’s Jahangirpuri has come to light. A 13-year-old minor girl has accused her own father of sexually assaulting her. On the complaint of the girl, the police is searching for the absconding accused father.
According to the police, on the complaint of the girl’s mother, a case has been registered under the POCSO Act at Mahindra Park Police Station.
The victim told that her father Shakir Ali lives with her grandmother in Badli village, while she lives with her mother and her 10-year-old brother in Jahangirpuri. On July 7, when his mother and brother were not at home, his father came to their house.
Father forced physical relations with daughter
She told the police that during this time her father allegedly forced her to have physical relations against her will and threatened to kill her and her mother if she told anyone about this.
After this the accused father absconded. At present, the police has started investigation on the complaint of the victim’s mother. Also, a search is being conducted to nab the accused father.
Stepfather had robbed his daughter of her respect.
