The bodice features an intensely detailed cluster of embellishment, lavishly encrusted with diamonds and enhanced with intricate metallic zardozi embroidery. Conceptualised by Nita Ambani and crafted by Kantilal Chhotalal in partnership with Adajania, the piece was envisioned to weave the family’s treasured diamond legacy into couture. More than two hundred old mine-cut diamonds sourced from Nita Ambani’s personal collection have been individually hand-stitched across the bodice, turning it into a radiant heirloom creation.

Two cascading diamond necklaces together weighing more than 250 carats frame the neckline, while haathphools drape gracefully across the hands, and a diamond-studded waist belt follows the natural flow of the sari.

To complete the ensemble, Anaita paired the look with a jasmine-inspired hair sculpture reminiscent of mogra and gajra. Over 150 hours, Brooklyn-based artist Sourabh Gupta meticulously crafted each delicate jasmine bud from paper, copper, and brass, finishing them with traditional Indian pigments. A hand-held Subodh Gupta mango sculpture served as the final, artful accent.
