How to offer Arghya to the Sun in Jitiya fast
On the day of Parana of Jitiya Vrat, at sunrise, for arghya, water in copper lots, raw milk, vermilion, flowers and akshat and chanting the mantras and slowly flowing towards the Sun God and slowly flowing the stream of water.
