In the CCTV footage revealed during the investigation, a 65-year-old man was seen taking the girl with him. On this basis, the police took immediate action and arrested the accused. According to the police, the accused lured the girl to the cowshed, allegedly sexually assaulted her and later murdered her. Police have confirmed that a case has been registered against the accused under the Indian Judicial Code and POCSO Act.
