In Vadodara, Gujarat, a 40-year-old woman has severely accused her father-in-law and Nand’s husband of repeatedly raping her. The woman lodged a complaint with the police and said that she was not getting pregnant due to lack of sperm in her husband, after which the in -laws committed this heinous crime in the name of pregnant.
The police have registered an FIR on the complaint of the woman and registered a case against the father -in -law, the husband of the sister and the woman’s husband.
What is the whole matter? The woman said that she was married in February 2024. Shortly after marriage, the in -laws started pressurizing her why she was not getting pregnant. Subsequently, medical examination revealed that her husband’s sperm number is extremely low, so that it was not possible to conceive naturally. On the advice of doctors, he got IVF treatment done, but that too was not successful. When the woman refused to undergo further treatment and asked to adopt the child, the in -laws turned down the proposal.
The father -in -law and sister -in -law’s husband raped the woman told the police that in July 2024, her father -in -law forced her. When he shouted for help, the father -in -law slapped him and silenced him. After this incident, when she told her husband, she not only ignored it, but threatened the woman that if she told this to someone, she would make her personal pictures public. The woman alleged that her father -in -law raped her several times, but she did not get pregnant.
After this, in December 2024, her sister’s husband also forced her and repeated this misdeed several times. The woman became pregnant in June 2025, but she had miscarried in July. After this, he gathered courage and exposed the matter to the police.
Police registered FIR Newpura Police on the complaint of the woman, under the sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), a case has been registered against the father -in -law, the husband of the sister and the woman’s husband.
